Conversations: Ethan & Evangeline

Evangeline Southerland is a business owner, widow and mother to fifteen year old Evangeline. Ethan Simms is a single young man currently staying with his Dad. On Officer Simms first day on the job, he pulls Evangeline over for speeding. While he is checking her information, she pulls off. "Now she is eluding and driving without a license." Officer Simms thinks to himself, but when Ms. Southerland pulls up to a school, he decides to find out what is really going on.
He is taken aback by what he hears and sees, but it propels him on a journey of interesting conversations with the parties involved, his bosses and possibly his future love. *This is a faith-based short story filled with love and prayers. |
